We pride ourselves on our thorough welding expertise of plastic components. North American Assembly’s expertise is in nylon welding of varying platforms (vibration, ultrasonic, hot-plate and spin) with a strong emphasis on intake manifolds headlamp and tail lamp assemblies, air box and canister vibration welding and hot plate welding. Currently we are vibration welding and assembling approximately 30% of the world market prototypes for intake manifolds. Our welding expertise includes weld areas from 12 c.m.² to 187 c.m.².
